Our queso dips come in endless varieties. When you place your order, you'll have multiple options and spice levels to choose from. Already feeling overwhelmed? Don't worry-we've got your cheat sheet right here:
- Chili con queso - it's exactly what it sounds like. We toss diced peppers into our melted cheese blend to give it a little extra kick. Choose your spice level wisely.
- Queso borracho - melted creamy cheese with ground beef and a blend of Jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes.
- Queso flameado - spicy chorizo is first mixed into the queso. Then, everything is torched on top for a perfect golden crust.
- Queso ranchero - a blend of monterey and mozzarella cheese melted down with Jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes.
- Queso loko - a blend of cheeses melted down with mixed roasted bell peppers, jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, and chorizo.
- Flameado blanco - a fondue-style white cheese is blended and flambéed on top.
